  • Samosa chaat – samosa pastry has a lovely potato filling and is often enjoyed with mint or tamarind chutney. Throwing in yoghurt, chickpea curry, and potatoes elevates the dish and makes it a meal. 
  • Gulab Jamun cheesecake – when we like cheesecake and love gulab jamun, the only logical thing to do next is to bring these two together. The flavour of gulab jamun is used to make thick, soft cheesecake.

  • Accessibility – the spice is what’s unique to India. With the trade of spices, north Indian cuisine itself is becoming more accessible to people across the world. The sale of masalas and pre-made mixes helps achieve authentic flavour. 
  • Variety – north Indian cuisine will never run out of ideas and tricks to try something new. The sheer amount of options is overwhelming. A wide variety of dishes are available for experimenting, and each region has its own flavour to offer.
