{"id":25660,"date":"2023-06-14T16:28:36","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T10:58:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hogr.app\/blog\/?p=25660"},"modified":"2023-06-15T17:32:07","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T12:02:07","slug":"fruity-desserts-recipe-by-chef-ananya-banerjee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hogr.app\/blog\/fruity-desserts-recipe-by-chef-ananya-banerjee\/","title":{"rendered":"Fruity Desserts Recipe by Chef Ananya Banerjee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Apple &amp; peach fruit crumble&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the fruit layer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 Apples + 3 peaches&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gm Caster Sugar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gm black raisins&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp butter&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp Cinnamon powder and a cinnamon stick&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tbsp lime juice&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Crumble topping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>230g Flour&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>170g Butter chilled&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g Oats&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110g Caster Sugar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinnamon to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the apples &amp; peaches into small cubes. Coat with lime juice to prevent discolouration.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the fruits in butter. Add sugar, cinnamon powder and cinnamon stick. Cook it till it\u2019s soft. Keep it aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to make the Crumble:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all the crumbled ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a baking bowl, place the cooked fruits and then spread the crumble evenly on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 180 degrees celsius in a pre-heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blueberry, Jamun &amp; Litchi Muffins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/hogr.app\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/PHOTO-2023-06-10-18-11-12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25661\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Fruity Muffins<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup flour&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup castor Sugar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup butter&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup Curd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup milk&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tbsp Vinegar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp Baking soda&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp Baking powder&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jamun + blue berry + litchi ( fruit all together- 1\/4 cup)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla essence &#8211; \u00bc tsp&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the jamuns &amp; litchis. Keep the blueberries whole. Mix them with \u00bd tablespoon flour and keep it aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix milk &amp; vinegar and keep it aside for five minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, add cream, sugar &amp; butter till light &amp; fluffy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the batter using cut &amp; fold method &amp; add in the fruits and mix well while reserving some fruits for topping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the muffin batter to the muffin mould.
