Eating an egg every day does not raise the body’s cholesterol much and is very good for health. Research shows that most LDL i.e. bad cholesterol in our body comes from the liver, not from eating eggs daily.

Credit: Pexels / Jenna Hamra

Eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which are good for the eyes & choline, which is good for the brain and nerves; along with various vitamins.

Source: Harvard Health

Myth: Microwaving Food Destroys The Nutrients

Fact: Microwaving has absolutely no effect on the nutrients of the food. The nutritional quality of the food is affected by how long you cook the food and not by what method you cook it.

Credit: Pexels / Mike

Microwave cooking is actually one of the least likely forms of cooking to damage nutrients.
