My favorites include the lamb boti tacos with feta sprinkles, Parmesan truffle fries loaded with cheese and herbs, and the melt-in-your-mouth 48-hour cooked pork belly. Make sure to save room for dessert \u2013 their ras malai br\u00fbl\u00e9e fuses Indian flavors seamlessly into a French classic. With exposed brick walls, tattooed waitstaff and rock music, the industrial-chic ambiance matches the devil-may-care attitude toward cooking.
