Here is the recipe to this wonderous spicy chicken dish-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_518\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-518\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-518 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hogr.app\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/koyla.jpg\" alt=\"Koyla Chicken \" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-518\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Koyla Chicken<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>&#8211;<br \/>\nChicken &#8211; 1(800) grams<br \/>\nGinger &#8211; 2 one-inch pieces<br \/>\nGarlic &#8211; 6-8 cloves<br \/>\nTomatoes &#8211; 6<br \/>\nCashew nuts &#8211; 10-15<br \/>\nGaram masala powder &#8211; 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nRed chilli powder &#8211; 1 &amp; a 1\/2 tablespoons<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nButter &#8211; 3 tablespoons<br \/>\nGreen chillies slit &#8211; 4-5<br \/>\nLemon juice &#8211; 1 tablespoon<br \/>\nFresh coriander leaves &#8211; 2 tablespoons<br \/>\nFresh cream &#8211; 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nCoal &#8211; 2 large<br \/>\nGhee &#8211; 1 tablespoon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe method<\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate chicken pieces in red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Peel tomatoes and blend them into a puree while roasting cashew nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Grind the roasted cashew nuts into a coarse powder with a mortar.<\/li>\n<li>Heat butter in a Kadai and add the chicken chunks to saute them for few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add slit green chillies and also pour in the tomato puree.<\/li>\n<li>Add half cup water and cover the kadai; let the chicken simmer in the gravy for about 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the roasted cashews and cover for another 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves while the chicken gets tender. Cook for another minute or 2.<\/li>\n<li>Add in fresh cream and stir; remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Heat coal on an open flame until red hot and place it into a steel bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Place the bowl over the chicken and pour ghee onto the coal.
