This healthy burgers is sure to be a hit when you’re looking to create a meal that is healthy, nutritious for your family & still tastes like an amazing burger. Everyone you know won’t be able to believe it’s good for you!
This recipe is very simple and can be mixed right in a bowl. The best part is that the mixture can be either made in advance with the leftover burger, or you can always cook some extra and freeze extra of the to-be-served burger in different portions or make it for a crowd to be sure everyone is still enjoying it the next day. There are different ways to make different toppers on a burger.
We like to leave it as-is, but you could add caramelized onions, fried eggs, fried mushrooms, melted mozzarella, a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese as well as a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf per burger.
Another advantage of a healthy dinner is that you’ve got way more time to plan it out from the very start!
If you want to make this a little different, then I’d love to see what you do!
