Have you ever had lemon pasta? If you haven’t, you’re in for a real treat. This dish is so refreshing, and it’s perfect for summer. The food and lifestyle influencer Emily Mariko is always cooking up something delicious.

Lemon pasta is a classic Italian dish that’s made with pasta, lemon juice, and butter. You can make it with any kind of pasta, but I particularly love it with penne because it has a nice bite to it.

If you want to make this dish at home, all you need is some lemon juice, butter, salt, and pepper. Then, just cook the pasta according to the package instructions and stir in the lemon juice and butter. It’s that easy!

It is perfect for a quick and easy dinner option. And if you want to get fancy, you can add some grilled chicken or shrimp to the mix. Either way, you’re going to love this delicious recipe!

How to make Lemon Pasta?

Lemon pasta is a great way to add a pop of flavor to your meal. The lemon juice and zest give the pasta a delicious citrus taste, while the garlic and olive oil gives it a nice richness. This recipe is easy to follow and does not require any special ingredients. You can make it with any type of pasta, but we recommend using penne for its shape and bite. If you want to make this dish vegetarian, substitute the chicken broth for vegetable broth. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1/2 pound spaghetti

-1/4 cup olive oil

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon lemon juice

-1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

-Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the garlic is softened, about 2 minutes.

3. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the saucepan with the garlic sauce. Toss to combine, and serve warm.
